Choose the jersey cut before committing to the artwork

Your jersey order needs a garment specification as well as a design: our catalogue gives you different necklines and sleeve lengths to choose from before production. A round-neck shirt, a zipped polo and a long-sleeve jersey are distinct products, even when they share the same colours.

Start with how you will wear the jersey and the appearance you want. Then bring the garment choice, fabric preference and artwork into the same brief, rather than approving a visual without identifying which jersey it represents.

Our Kota Kinabalu branch is at Bundusan Commercial Centre, Penampang, giving Sabah customers a local contact point alongside our Miri headquarters. We serve orders across both East Malaysian states and West Malaysia.

One production brief connects your artwork, fabric and finished jersey

We manage consultation, design, production, inspection and delivery within our apparel service, so your jersey is handled as a complete garment rather than an isolated print job. Our published production process sets out these five stages.

1. Consultation: We discuss your purpose, audience, ideas and budget. Bring your preferred jersey style, estimated quantity and required date so the discussion starts with your actual order.
2. Design: Our creative team develops your ideas into artwork. Use this stage to review the colours, wording and logo arrangement you want represented on the jersey.
3. Production: We manufacture in-house, with sublimation among our printing capabilities and laser cutting among our production technologies. Our sublimation process uses heat to infuse ink into fabric.
4. Quality control: We inspect every piece for colours, sizing, printing and finishing before delivery—not only the overall appearance of the batch.
5. Delivery: Delivery is the final stage of our service. Include your destination and event date in the enquiry so they are considered alongside production requirements.

Fabric selection belongs in the design conversation. Our collection includes named fabrics with different weights, such as Premium Airknit MF1187A at 135 GSM. GSM means grams per square metre: it identifies fabric weight, not a complete measure of comfort or suitability.

Use the fabric name when enquiring rather than asking only for a “light jersey”. Ask us to match the available material to your selected garment and intended use.

A useful jersey quotation starts with quantity, cut and fabric

For a custom sublimation jersey order, request a quotation against a defined garment specification rather than an unspecified price per shirt. We publish a 10-piece order threshold with an additional charge below that quantity, so smaller orders should be discussed explicitly.

Ready designs and original artwork offer different starting points

You do not need an original design brief for every jersey order: we offer both a ready-design jersey collection and custom artwork development. Choose a ready design when a catalogue direction suits you, or discuss original artwork when you need a more specific visual identity; neither route removes the need to specify the garment.
