DTF Printing Service Sabah — Full Colour, No Minimum Order

At Tribal Star Sdn Bhd, we provide a DTF printing service in Sabah through Tribaltee for schools, businesses, clubs and family groups, with full-colour designs heat-pressed onto shirts and no minimum order quantity. Our service combines artwork support, in-house production and inspection before delivery; request a quotation for your garment, design and quantity through our DTF and heat-press service.

Your order at a glance
  • Our DTF service has no minimum order quantity, so a small group can order without filling a larger batch.
  • We print full-colour artwork onto film, then apply it to fabric using adhesive powder and heat pressing.
  • Our workflow covers consultation, design, production, quality control and delivery.
  • We inspect each piece for colours, sizing, printing and finishing before delivery.

Print the shirts you need, without a minimum batch

Our no-minimum DTF service gives you a practical route to a small apparel order without increasing the quantity just to qualify for printing. It suits enquiries such as a family gathering, a small event crew or a club that needs full-colour artwork on a limited number of shirts.

The garment and artwork still need to be considered together. Tell us whether you want a small logo, a larger graphic or more than one print position, rather than sending only the number of shirts. This gives our consultation a clear starting point: what you want people to wear, and what needs to appear on it.

Our DTF service combines full-colour film printing with heat application onto the garment.

Service scope: full-colour DTF printing with no minimum quantity.

From artwork consultation to an inspected, heat-pressed shirt

We handle your apparel order through five published stages, keeping design, production and quality control within one workflow. For DTF orders, the production stage uses printed film and heat pressing rather than treating your artwork as an instruction to print directly onto the shirt.

  1. Consultation: We discuss your ideas, purpose, audience and budget. Bring your design, intended garment, quantity and required date so the conversation starts with your actual order.
  2. Design: Our creative team develops professional artwork representing your brand or group. Check spelling, logos and intended placement carefully when reviewing the design.
  3. Production: We print the full-colour design onto special film, then heat-press it onto fabric using adhesive powder.
  4. Quality control: We inspect every piece for colours, sizing, printing and finishing before delivery.
  5. Delivery: Delivery is part of our published workflow. Include your destination and event date when enquiring so these requirements are discussed alongside production.

A useful DTF quotation starts with the garment and print layout

Request a quotation for the complete shirt specification, not just a price for “DTF printing.” Our service has no minimum order quantity, but no single published rate covers every garment and design; your enquiry should identify exactly what you want priced.

Include in your enquiryWhat it clarifies
Shirt style, material and colourThe garment you want us to discuss and quote.
Artwork and approximate print dimensionsThe design and intended coverage, rather than an unspecified logo print.
Front, back or other requested positionsThe complete print layout to include in the quotation.
Quantity, sizes and design variationsThe order breakdown, including any different names or graphics you want assessed.
Required date and delivery destinationYour production and delivery requirements.

When comparing offers, check whether each quotation covers the same garment, print dimensions, positions and delivery arrangement. A lower headline figure is not a like-for-like comparison if part of your requested order is missing.

Choose DTF for full-colour small orders, not by default

Our DTF service is a clear starting point when you want full-colour detail without a minimum quantity, but it is not our only apparel decoration option. We also offer silkscreen printing, embroidery and sublimation, so you can discuss the intended finish before committing to a method.

Tribaltee brings apparel production and DTF printing together

At Tribal Star Sdn Bhd, we operate Tribaltee as a custom apparel business, bringing together garment printing, design support and in-house production. For your DTF order, that means you can discuss the shirt and its decoration together rather than treating the printed design as a separate purchase. Published DTF terms and a branch you can contact

Our service details give you concrete points to check before placing an order: no minimum DTF quantity, a defined production process and inspection before delivery.

  • No minimum quantity: Explicitly stated on our DTF service page, rather than inferred from a general promise of flexible orders.
  • Piece-by-piece inspection: Our published quality-control stage checks colours, sizing, printing and finishing.
  • Local contact: We serve Sabah customers through our listed Kota Kinabalu branch at Bundusan Commercial Centre, Penampang, alongside our Miri headquarters.
